About LUCA MARINO 

I was born and raised on the upper west side. I moved to Brooklyn in 2018 and am a Brooklyn based Cinematographer.

I attended Drew University (‘23)and completed my degree in French and a minor in Film Studies.

I was inspired by filmmaking from my first film analysis class in my fall semester at Drew in 2022. I also took many French film courses which exposed me to films like La Bataille D’Alger and the 400 Blows.

Some of my favorite film directors are Wim Wenders, Eric Rhomer, Yashohiro Ozu and Hirokazu Koreeda.

I love walking through the west village, Prospect Park, Chinatown, Flushing and Canal Street.
